Jeff and Colleen Sidwell opened Bon! Gourmet in 2004 as a result of a vision of providing great products at a good value.  We have three children and live in Ormond Beach. We are both originally from Michigan and met at Michigan State University.  Colleen is a registered nurse and Jeff spent 15 years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car before making a career change to pursue a passion of food and wine and sharing it with others.  Jeff is currently studying to become certified in wine education, is a certified educator of the French Wine Society, and teaches wine courses as an adjunct at Daytona State College.

Bon! began as a coffee store, in addition to some gourmet products. Eventually we left the coffee bar behind and have become primarily a wine, cheese and gourmet food store.

Charles Halal - he has been with us over 3 years and has spent most of his life in the restaurant industry. Charlie heralds from Worcester and Boston, MA. and lives in Ormond Beach.
